Actual cost bifurcation

Dear Experts,

Can anyone guide where can i get the bifurcation of cost in PM orders for below sinario.

i created order with some components in it of say Rs. 100/- on 01.03.2013. Due to some requirement in same order i change & include another component of say Rs. 100/-. Now in Actual cost in order it shows Rs. 200. & in control tab it shows the changed by & changed date.

My requirement is where will i get this two different costs of order according to created date & changed date.

We have generated a report to get cost of materials & services of different plants on one sheet along with respective GLs. We are unable to divide the actual cost of order to created amt & changed amt.

Plz advice.

When we've had requirements like this in the past its been the FICO team who determine the solution.

In one project we posted the order costs to an intermediate cost centre. Then a batch program ran to allocate the costs to the correct cost centres as required

Cost bifurcation is not possible in standard SAP based on date. Bifurcation can be possible only based on Cost elements to which cost is getting posted.

Develop a report using the concerned tables, if requires.
