Please check the job scheduling and parameters. The job trying to access or get the information from ZHR 004 which is does not exist.

Message ZHR xxx looks like custom message incorporated into code ( May an User Exit) to perform certain checks. Please get in touch with HR functional and ABAPEr to sort this out.
