Complete PA transfer structure E1

Dear All,

While doing Production Order Settlement for one plant (done for the first time) we are getting following error.

The cost element in this error is for "Semi-Finished Goods Consumption".

"Complete PA transfer structure E1

Message no. KD514

Diagnosis

There is no value field assignment for cost element 405000 / variance category RSUV in PA transfer structure E1, or

PA transfer structure E1 has no assignments, or

No "Origin" is maintained for the assignments in PA transfer structure E1 (cost element group and, if applicable, variance category)

Procedure

Action by system manager:

Complete the PA transfer structure or assign another PA transfer structure to the sender.

The system takes the default PA transfer structure from the settlement profile when you maintain the settlement rule for the sender. Maintain the settlement profile as necessary."

But pl. note, we are not getting any error when Production Order Settlement is done for another manufacturing plant (where monthly settlement is being done since last 5 years).

Hence I am unable to understand why system is giving such error now in case of second plant.

Kindly suggest what is to be done.

Hi,

Go to KEI1/KEI2 and select your PA transfer structure E1, Then click on assignment lines folder and select "Resource-Usage Variance" (RSUV) assignment  and click on source folder,There assign the cost element(405000) and also assign the respective value field in value fields folder.

Thanks for your reply.

I had already checked KEI2. In PA Transfer Structure E1. The Assignment Lines folder does not contain  "Resource-Usage Variance" (RSUV) assignment.

Besides, pl. note that existing setting for PA transfer structure E1 is working properly during settlement of production orders of one plant.

But same is not working in case of second plant.

Hence  I am unable to understand this. Pl. help.
