MiD Period Transfer for GB payroll

Dear SAP experts,

The scenario is we have to transfer the employee from 4 weekly to Lunarly

Payroll period are for 4 weekly are :

Period 1 From 11.03.2012 To 07.04.2012

Period 2 From 08.04.2012 To 05.05.2012

Period 3 From 06.05.2012 to 02.06.2012

Payroll period are for 4 weekly are :

Period 1 From 08.04.2012 To 05.05.2012

Period 2 From 06.04.2012 To 02.06.2012

Period 3 From 03.06.2012 to 30.06.2012.

Payment dates are the same for the both the periods.

this issue seems to be incorrect period that your running or rectroactive date. can pls check the hiring date and the payroll area as well as rectro active date in PA03 and IT0003.

Hiring Date of the employee is 11.03.2012 & the Rectro cative date is in IT0003 is blank.

For payroll area i have given 10.2010.
