Postion can't be created in PO13

Hi All,

For a new employee,when i create a position by PO13 ,after mentaining the relationship the 'save was cancelled' error is coming.

And i can't save the object to make it open vacancy.What to do?

How i can recuit the candidate and mentain intial entry of data by Pa40?

Advice please.

HI Pradeep,

If you want hire any employee we can hire with the default position . if u want hire the employee with your position id u can try the below possible ways

1 ) PP01

2) PP02

2 ) Po13

Before doing this keep in mind you are using internal no range or external no range for your objects . You can check this through the transaction code oonr . Plan version table ( T778p ) T code OOPV . if you want default the your  plan version use the tcode ooap ( t77s0)  . Maintaine the relavant relationships to the objects

                  Could you please provide us what error is coming up. I guess this might be issue with as Gautam said Plan version and also number ranges in OM.

   Please check your plan version and activate.Use tcode OOAP.

Can you plz check your plan version is 01 or not.Also check your number range for the object types in the table T77IV.

All is well,when i crete a object in PO13 and the relationship assignment ,then try to save the screen.its showing 'save is cancelled' and comes out.

message is coming while running the seperation from PA40 too.
