Hi All!
I've got probably another stupid question 🐵
I've got fileserver connected to portal as CM repository.
Created index for it.
Is there a way to somehow automate assigning documents to taxonomy?
I want for instance have two taxonomies, one that organizes files according to their filetype, and the other one based on keywords.
What's the best way to do that? I do not want to assign each document to particular category, there's more than 10000 of them! 🐵 And that's just the beginning.
To make it simple, I want TREX to put an document with *.ppt extension to "Presentation" category of Taxonomy1, and if some document has words "system, web as" it goes to "Technical" of Taxonomy2. And all that without my influence 🐵
Is there a way to teach it? Somewhere near "query based taxonomy"?
Thanks in advance for help!
Regards,
DK
Hi Dennis,
Have you looked at the following section on help.sap.com, titled "Creating a Query Based Taxonomy"? I think it should help you with your problem.
