PO Rejection in workflow.

Hi ,

How to trigger Workflow for PO Rejection.

Also, when does the rejection status gets updated into the PO I mean on what condition/ event does the rejection status gets updated.

Pls reply if any one is aware.

Hi,

  You can use WS65400030  workflow template for that for rejection of PO. Just activate the Start Event.

Hi Anjan,

Can you pls suggest on which action does the above said workflow will trigger.We have activated the workflow and tried multiple things on PO but we were not abl;e to trigger the event.

Tcode SWEL does not ahow ant trace of the Event.

Hi,

The workflow WS65400030 will trigger based on the triggering the event REJECTION_START..when the approver rejects (by clicking refuse release button) any PO then this event will trigger..and based on this workflow will trigger.

Hello,

Please start a new thread with the details of your problem.

But first have a look in transaction SWI1 (Workflow log) - it will tell you what happened.
