BSP url in appraisal ?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use workflows in PMS appraisal. The event is getting triggered and also it can be seen in SBWP.

The workflow i have tested here is WS12300114.

the problem here is it is generating a BSP url where as in EHP4 portal EP 7 i have wed dynpro abap .\

How can i get a web dynpro url instead of bsp .

You configure SWFVISU and reload the configuration to your portal.

i have tried the above tcode .

I think i should choose visualization type as  web dynrpo abap . correct ?

and also just to clarify.the notification the employee/manager are getting has a url which is a bsp application url like :

http:/xxx.com:1234/sap/bc/bsp/sap/hap_document/document_port_wf.htm?ID=01E29794427827D6F1A000

from the above tcode swfvisu, the above problem willl be resolved ??

please answer both the questions

No, that URL points to a BSP application. You have to figure out the correct URL for the WDA. In SWFVISU you only specify the application name and possible parameters, the rest will be generated automatically.

In EHP4 you should look at using the WDA application HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT, see the attached link for details.
