We are using several "jumps" from CRM to ECC transactions. These were built using the transaction launcher, and have been set up with their own Work Center and such. We have set up this work center in both our IC role and Sales Pro role, and also make the jumps directly from the Assignment Block in Account Overview page. Everything is working fine in the Interaction Center client, and the jumps to ECC also work fine in the Sales Pro role except for one area. However, we have found one area that does not work consistently from our Sales Professional role. In the IC client role we search for Orders, Quotes, etc., in the Transaction History Nav Bar menu. When we find an order and click on the hyper link, it open the VA03 window in ECC. This works like we want it to. But when we go to the Sales Pro role, and then Search for an Order using the Order Search screen, if we click on the link there it opens the Order in CRM, not in VA03 in ECC. We have compared the two roles checking everything on the Nav Bar and Business Roles, but do not see where this "jump" to ECC from the Search screen is set.
We thought it was in the Generic Outbound Plug Mappings in Sales Pro role, but have set those to match the settings for IC role.
