Saprouttab definition

Hello experts,

we will change our saprouter architecture. For now, we use only one saprouter.

We will change the network configuration to use 3 saprouter.

- saprouter N°1 will be located in DMZ and will be connected with Walldorf.

- saprouter N°2 will be our Saprouter Incoming. It wil be connected to saprouter N°1 and all SAP systems.

- saprouter N°3 will be our Saprouter Outgoing. It wil be connected to saprouter N°1 and all SAP systems.

My question is about saprouttab entries for each saprouter.

What I think :

- saprouttab N°1 will contain only one rules to connect Walldorf saprouter with both saprouter N°2 (incoming) and N°3 outgoing).

- saprouttab N°2 and N°3 will be the same and will contain all rules to connect all SAP systems to saprouter N°1 (DMZ).

Is it correct?

If not, which kind of rules should we have to use?

Which saprouter should we put in OSS1? saprouter N3 (outgoing)?

And finally, which saprouter should we put in System Data (SAP Marketplace)? saprouter N°1 (DMZ)?

Thanks

Regards

May I ask why are you taking this approach?.... A single SAProuter using SNC in your DMZ should be enough for incoming and outgoing requests.

      Hello,

      thanks.

It explains the process using 2 saprouters (by setting both in the System Data at SAP Service Marketplace) but what about saprouttab?

Should I configure each saprouttab as I explain above?
