NW 7.3 is stuck during startup (strdbs.cmd)

Hello,

I have got a problem to start up my NW 7.3 (Windows/maxdb). The only process which appears in process list is strdbs.cmd and it remains yellow (now for two hours or more). When I right-click the process and choose Developer Trace, nothing happens - syslog is also empty. The system was running fine until last week.

Does anybody know this issue or are there another checks I can perform?
