How to get period wise sold to party transactions from Payer

Hi,

We are implementing SAP healthcare for Hospital industries.  For each patient (A) admission we are creating as sales order and patient will be Sold to party and Payer(X) will be different from sold to party. Payer can have one to many relations ship. Client want to know the monthly balances details from each payer and patients deails under each payer. Payer wise reports are available in standard sap. Are there any reports to show patient details under each payer.

Example:

Payer X                             

               Patient A    

               Patient B

               Patient C

Payer Y

               Patient M  

               Patient N

               Patient O

For your future reference, ladies and gentlemen of the SD forum, in SPRO take a look at Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Lists -> Set Updating Of Partner Index. There you may customize for what partner types the partner index (i.e. table VAKPA) will be maintained. By default it is maintained for Sold-to only.

The same feature is available under Billing node, which will update VRKPA table.

Both tables are very usefull for queries by partner (and they're actually used in VA05/VF05), but keep in mind that adding more partners to the index will affect the table size.

Could you please give some more information about "Monthly balance"?

What exactly do you mean?

If you are giving SP (patients) and PY at sales document level (sales order) then you can use table VBPA

If you are assigning SP (patients) to PY at customer master level, then you can use table KNVP.

Probably you are not using this (but the other i.e. sales order level)

Clinet want to see monthly wise outstanding dues from each payer as well as from each patient.

Payer wise i can get repor but i am searching for patient dues from each payer.

Please try and check whether it is working or not.  Since this table is for Orders by Partner Function...I asked him to try this table.

No Sir, when I give any partner function other than SP, system says : No values found.

I never used the tables VAKPA(Orders) or VRKPA (Invoices), but somewhere I read about the use of these tables. Hence I asked the OP to give a try. Let me check the tables in my system.

Have you checked the report VF05N ( will give you the list of billing documents both Sold and Payer can get from there)

You can even think of VBPA table from which you can get list of sales orders with all partner functions.
