Central Archiving Flag & the central block for BP in SRM

Hi Experts,

Need your advise to put a Central Archiving Flag & the central block for Business partner in SRM without referencing the Backend R/3 system

SRM is on 7.0 & backend on ECC 6.

The need is to update table BUT000 in SRM for fields XDELE & XBLCK directly

Pl advise if a FM/Prgm exists for this or a custom build is reqd
