Sap Make to Order Scenario

Hi Expert,

My Client is a Garment Manufacturing Company. They want to implement Make to Order Scenario in Sap. First will be created a sales order & there they will put bills of material manually. For Example: sales order will be created of a FGD & here will put bills of material of FGD may be COM or SFG. COM or SFG also has bills of material. After creating a sales order they run MRP & create production order.

Please suggest me step-by step process & configuration of above scenario in SAP.
