Smart Forms

Hi All,

I have a parameter field in the selection screen for a purchase requision number. When there is some input in that a layout created using smartform displays the details of a purchase requisition number with the materials, quantity, date.

When i tried to change the parameter field to a select option . I need to print the output of purchase requisition number in individual pages. But I am gettting the output in a single page withh all the details.

Let me know how to get the details of indvidual purchase requsition numbers in individual pages. Wheni enter it in a range.

    Hi Bala,

This is possible by using the 'COMMAND' node. In this you can specify the next page. The logic is whenever the PR changes, you have to call this. But the command node cannot be called from the TABLE node. So if you are using the TABLE node to display the PR items, you have to change the logic.

    1. Copy the internal table which contains the PR items into another itab and sort by PR number and delete duplicates. So you get unique PR numbers.

    2. Use the LOOP node to loop through this unique PR itab.

    3. Inside the LOOP node, call the TABLE node to loop through the selected PR.

    4. After the TABLE node, call the COMMAND node.

So you will have page break for each PR.

    Hi Bala,

I agree with vinod, and one more thing the Command statement is used to set Manual page break whereever you want, select the node and proceed the following

Create ->Flow Logic - > Command then you set Goto Newpage check box and give the same page as a new page.

    Hope it will work.
