IW31 - Work Order Creation - Unit of Measure

Hi Experts,
We are working on the Work Order in Web Dynpro and need a similar functionality in our development.
In the first image as attached - if Qty and UoM is given and pressed enter then the value needs to be converted to some other converted format.
See the attachement (Measurements) this is standard SAP IW32 transaction screens's Component Tab. We can see the qty in decimals - actually if we give any integer value here along with Item Category combination then the qty value changes to decimals.
Attached one more screen of the Web Dynpro where the same IW32 transaction functionality needs to be implemented.
If any ideas please let me know.
