Hi,
I am not able to save text(any TDID) for a certain Item Category(no error messages) of Product Service Letter, but able to save text for all other item categories(service orders and all).
I debugged SAVE_TEXT and CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FMs , compared it with the scenarios where it is working fine but could not find anything going wrong.
Can it be a security issue? If yes, how can I confirm?

Please cross check transaction "SU53". If it is authorization issue there will be an dump in this transaction

No dump in SU53.
Update : I am not able to see TEXTS block in GUI, does that mean this functionality is not provided for this item category ? If it is so, why SAP has used GSTEXT in component usage of BSP component BT178I_PSL.
Has anyone worked on Product Service Letters ?
I checked in another system, but same behaviour.
