Pricing error: Mandatory Condition 0TTE is missing

Hello!

I'm new to SAP CRM and I need your help . We are implementing CRM Standalone and I have some problems with the above mentioned error.

Basically when I create a service order and I add a service product, there are no problems, but when i add material product "Pricing error: Mandatory Condition 0TTE is missing" shows up and I can't save the service order.

Can you please give me detailed explanation how to fix this problem. Any suggestions are welcomed.

What pricing procedure you are using?

This error comes when 0TTE is a condition type in your pricing procedure and if you didn't provide any value to this condition type in your service orde.r

Hi,

if you dont want TTE  please goto

SPRO--->CRM-->Basic Functions-->Pricing-->Define Settings for Pricing--->Create Pricing Procedure

Select your pricing procedure and goto Control data delete 915 Contype 0TTE Taxes via TTE from there save it

come out completly than create new transaction and than try

first please check whether you have spro-> Cross-Application Components-->Transaction Tax Engine

Transaction tax engine configuration path is there  in spro

Hi,

The TTE engine calculates the taxes using the 0TTE condition which is linked to a TTE formula. If no conditions are found then you will get the  "Pricing error: Mandatory Condition 0TTE is missing" error message. To customize the TTE you have to follow the documentation in the SPRO:

Cross-Application Components

Transaction Tax Engine

Hi ,

The error "Mandatory condition 0TTE is missing" is due to the TTE engine has not been able to find out the tax condition.

Check your tax customizing is correct?

Hi John,

The TTE is the only available method for tax calculation and determination in SAP CRM.

You need to set the customization for TTE, in order to make your pricing work.
