NRAB is zero value in free goods senerio

dear all

I am working with NRAB condition type in free goods process. I assume I have done all the configuration. like below:

pricing procedure zvab01 duplication of RVAB01

NRAB   requirment 59, base type 29.

in condition record NA00, free goods category 3 chosen. (inclusive rebate w/o item generation.)

however when i create order, pricing tag shows like following:

Any ideas? why is this happening?

hi all

First thanks for your prompt repondse. however this issue still unresolved. below is two different pricing procedure debug mode snap photo.

1: this one is strand pricing procedure RVAA01 with NRAB reqirement 59 and base type 29. it works fine totally.

if you notice,  the workfield is equal to 260 eur. which is the value of NRAB.

2: this one i use rvab01 pricing procedure with NRAB reqirement 59 and base type 29, It shows NRAB is 0 .

if you notice,  the workfield is equal to 0 eur. which is the value of NRAB.

anyone could give me answer why the value of field 'komp-netwr' is 0. Thanks .

Dear,

You are absolutely right.

NRAB and R100 Condition Types were present in Main Pricing Procedure .These two Condition Types doesnt have separate Pricing Procedure but when you come to NA00 ,It had its own Pricing Procedure.

HI Peng,

As I mentioned earlier, I am not sure about RVAB01. The system shows that its old. Now, i would like to ask you did you try using RVAB02. You can try as both are similar.

BTW, where did you add NRAB in your PP. After which step and whats your Actual price condition type.

And finally, since you are getting NRAB value when you use RVAA01 i am assume that free goods config has been done (Like Free goods pricing, V/N6 for your sales area)

I understand how NRAB works in the standard pricing procedure. however, now my query is why this condition type NRAB doesn't work for price included tax senerio.

Check the below screenshot:

One more thing i have seen, In RVAB01, all the conditions are marked as statistical. May I know whats your actual price condition which is posting to accounts and where did you add NRAB (which step) in your pricing.

I guess, its something to do with the pricing procedure steps how you have arranged.

Hi,

2 things i am seeing here, why did you check NRAB and R100 has statistical condition types? Can you try to add R100 and NRAB after step 420 and check the results.

Dear,

Can you please try the following.

• Try to add NRAB after getting the Net value for an item.
• Don't put condition to be used as statistically. Do free goods determination and settings at VBN1 for the desired key combination also maintain free goods category as 3 in NRAB case.
• Maintain proper Requirement/Base type and i'm sure it'll gonna work out for you.

1.May I know which ,Item Category is flowing in your Sales Order ?

2.Have you maintained Condition Record to NRAB condition Type ? Which Pricing Procedure is flowing in your Sales Order ?

Check once again all things and come to end of the Result .

Note : Is this Free Good Item Category is relevant for Pricing or not ?

Check by Path ,we have to activate Price for Free Goods of Item Category also .

I hope , you know very well about NA00,NRAB and R100 Condition Types purpose .

   NRAB doesnt have access sequence, so Condition Record cant be maintained. the pricing procedure is Z17PRC dupilication of standard procedure RVAB01. there is no condition type NRAB in RVAB01. I add it into Z17PRC manually.

   3: when maitain NA00 condition recorde. FREE GOODS 3 is chosen(included rebate w/o item generation.)

Could you please tell me whats the net value for the line item. Is it charing for all the line items or is it excluding free goods item?

the free good condition is when customer purchase 10 items, there will be one included is free. so if one item is 260EUR, then ten of them would be 2340 EUR. However currently the net value is calculated based on 2600 instead of 2340.

PS: the price pr01 is tax included.

Hi Peng,

Requirment 59 says: "This requirement is met if the document item category is relevant for pricing and no previous condition in the pricing procedure has set the condition exclusion flag. In addition, the system checks that the item is not a return if there is no reference document and the user is creating a credit / debit memo request document".

So, please check if there is any condition exclusion flag and also, see if its not a return one.

Otherwise, in normal scenarios' it should work.

I have double checked what you suggested. it is neither a return order or those condition has exclusion flag. still dont know why? also, why there is no NRAB in the standard RVAB01 procedure? does it mean NRAB not support in price included tax senerio?

Hi TP,

I have not seen RVAB01 is being used in any clients (With my exp). Why don't you refer RVAB02 and add NRAB condition type in your PP.

It will work as you expected.

RVAB01 (The description shows as Old) so may be we are not supposed to use it.
