SolMan interactive reporting - No option to create report

Hello,

I am working on SolMan 7.1 SP04, trying to setup interactive reporting for incident management. I am not able create interactive report after completing setup.

Link to create interactive report does not appear. I have rechecked all the steps in chapter 4 of config guide to create interactive report link.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue... i went through http://scn.sap.com/thread/3210536 , however it did not answer my question. I have played around with authorization, but no luck yet ! Any help would be appreciated.

Further when i try to open solution manager BI reporting, it doesn't give valid data !

Even though i have number of tickets opened. So is there some job i need to schedule or any config i need to do.

Solution :

T-code: CRMC_UI_NBLINKS and select Profile CRM_MASTER_PROFILE_ALL.

Choose "Assign Work Centers" from left navigation bar and assign work center "REPORT_SCH" to this profile.

Choose "Define Generic Outbound Plug Mappings" and create two entries

CRM_OR_WIZ     Edit         WIZ_EDIT

CRM_OR_WIZ     Create         WIZ_CREATE

If still not resolved, check following entry :

SPRO : CRM-> UI Framework-> Business Roles-> Define Business Role

Select SOLMANPRO,  Choose "Assign Function Profiles" from the left navigation bar

Check Function Profile ID "REPORTING_PROF" has Parameter value as "Default"

This reporting profile ID should defined in following manner :

SPRO : CRM-> CRM Analytics -> Define Report Type profile

Hello Ash D,

Issue didn't solved yet, but im thinking to work with this again. Some ideas :

1. Launch wizard to check customization for interactive reporting /crmbw/config_wizard

2. There is official guide to setup interctive reporting - https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001194612012E

But:

Applicable Releases:

SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 05

So, may be for SP04 need some notes ( can't find yet wich )

3. Additional in the navigation bar customizing "Define Generic Outbound Plug Mappings" maybe we need to add here objects related to the Interactive reports..

4. Write message to SAP.

Hi,

Can you check the below settings once again..

Tccode:CRMC_UI_PROFILE

a) Navigate to the Adjust Direct Link Groups node and in Group ID, select SM-CREATE.

b) In Group ID, select SM-CREATE and choose Adjust Direct Links.

c) Select the RPT-CREATE Logical Link ID and choose Change.

d) Select the Visible checkbox for the Logical Link ID RPT-CREATE.

e) Save your entries.

Hi Daniyar,

i have already checked /crmbw/config_wizard , but i am trying to look at step 4 (Configuring the Create Interactive Report Link) of configuration guide. this step explains how to add link to web UI which is not happening ! maybe we have to write it to SAP i couldn't find a correction note as well.

Hi,

Please use Bex to create your BI query and web template and later use your own build queries under interactive reporting, activate in technical montoring wc.

if you want to change the display of existing interactive reporting, you can do it on Technical montioring workcenter

Thanks for your reply. The links you have given are belonging to Interactive reporting for technical monitoring ! My Client wont be happy if i suggest them to use Bex

I have configured interactive reporting for incident management and when i log into crm_ui i should be getting option to create interactive report.. which is not happening. I have mapped links which were created during setup to business role solmanpro but i dont get option to create !
