I am working on SolMan 7.1 SP04, trying to setup interactive reporting for incident management. I am not able create interactive report after completing setup.
Link to create interactive report does not appear. I have rechecked all the steps in chapter 4 of config guide to create interactive report link.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue... i went through http://scn.sap.com/thread/3210536 , however it did not answer my question. I have played around with authorization, but no luck yet ! Any help would be appreciated.
Further when i try to open solution manager BI reporting, it doesn't give valid data !
Even though i have number of tickets opened. So is there some job i need to schedule or any config i need to do.
