Upgradation of SAP

I am using SAP Business One 8.82 PL:10 . I want to upgrade to latest version of SAP. What is the latest version of SAP ? I want to upgrade in such a way that it should adjust with GST which will be launched in few months ?

We have about 10 licenses for 20 users. These users are using several add-ons. What is the costing impact of up gradation ?

There are some problems in database. For this I want to upload the database to SAP before upgrading. For is the url for uploading the database ? How much time is required for this process ?

Currently 9.2 PL 6 is available in market and after few days 9.2 PL 7 is launch in market which is having GST functionalities ...so wait for some days update your system after PL 7 comes in market its beneficial for you

Hi,

If you have an active support contract with a SAP Partner, an upgrade will only cost you the necessary man hours. You may ask for help from the SAP Partner, in which case they may invoice you only for man hours.

You may be required you to upgrade to an intermediate version before upgrading to the current latest version.

Before attempting to upgrade you should install the Remote Support Platform on the server, and run all diagnostic and corrective tasks. The RSP will also inform you if you need to contact SAP Support, and whether you will need to upload your database to SAP. In such a case, the upload will also be done by the RSP

You may also search for SAP notes on upgrade prechecks on the SAP Service Marketplace.

If you do not have an active support contract, please contact an SAP Partner. You will likely have to pay this contract fee for at least the previous two years, or you may be required to purchase new licenses.
