RSAOS_INT_METADATA_UPLOAD long running after ECC 6.05

We upgraded our system from a 4.7 to ECC 6.05 and we are running a

replicate from our BWP system to pull data from the ECC system. The run

time has gone from 7 minutes to 21 minutes. We run function module

RSAOS_INT_METADATA_UPLOAD. How can we improve the performance, are

there notes or other steps we should take?
