    Hi Karlo,

Crystal Reports 2011 is not officially supported by B1. You have to wait until it is

    supported.

    Thanks,

    Gordon

Just upgraded to PL11 and have the same issue as you. I have reported this to our partner so will see if they can find something. On 2008 there was the add on folder which I believe contained the external command you mention (cscB1CRAddIn.resources.dll). 2011 does not use the same structure so it's not just a case of registering the add on. There are a couple of other threads relating to this and B1 9.0.

If I find anything out I will post it here

The CR2011 integrated into B1 is not as same as the full version 2011. Something available for the previous version may not be available for new. Have you checked help file?

The help file just says this is for third party applications. It then goes on:

Note: External DLLs can be registered with Crystal Reports by installing them in the Addins directory in the Business Objects install folder.

There is no addins folder is there was in 2008 (CR12). Copying the old folder into the win32_x86 folder of CR14 does not help.

I assume on 2008 this was something the B1 team wrote for the CR which is of course used in their other systems.. Fingers crossed they spot this as it was very handy for development of say layouts.

    Hi Karlo Mesquita,

You need to change the license server to currently used one and then import
    the .rpt file into B1.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Nagarajan
