Hello Experts ,
I have configured system monitoring in solution manager 7.0 EHP1 SP 28 using my admin configuration user ( where i have all authorization) and i am able to see all systems list into system status of system monitoring work center.
Now when i have given only the work center authorization to a monitoring user, he is not able to see any systems in system status of system monitoring work center. do you think this is an authorization issue or what can be it ?

Hi Gajanand,
Please apply SAP note 1667189. This should help.

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_TECHADMIN - Not Available in my system
SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_TECHMON - Not Available in my system
SAP_SMWORK_SM_ADMIN - Not Available in my system
SAP_SMWORK_SYS_ADMIN - Work Center: System Administration Not Required
SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON - Given
SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON_SPC - for Service Providers
ZSAP_SMWORK_BASIC - Not Available in my system
Thanks for your reply i have checked in my system for the said roles does not contains authorization object "S_SMSYEDIT" and as per the security guide below comments.
I have given the below roles
What i suggested to security peoples to add role SAP_SMSY_DISP which is having the required object.
still i need your suggestions because my security approval process is too typical and long to get the required access in one shot.
Message from SM Security Guide
"
Due to the design of the system list in Work Center System Monitoring
for Customers, to view EarlyWatch Alert reports for systems , you
must maintain authorization object S_SMSYEDIT for Service Provider
customers, see section Work Center for Service Provider Customers"
Thanks & Regards
