Map the personal number to the all Portal Users getting the same Personal Number

Hi Experts

we are map the personal numbers to the all portal users, so that the users can access the data for that particular employee.

But here all the portal users are getting the same personal no

example

here ESS1....ESS6 users are mapped with the personal no's 1...6

ESS1..ESS6 users showing the same personal no

we are done all configurations portal and sap side

we are Using the ESS / MSS EHP6 , EP7.3
