POWL change - POWL_D01 execution required?

Hi,

I am posting here, after I couldn't find my search helpful.

There is a shopping Cart POWL(custom) in dev, testing and production environments. We have added 2 more columns to it, and also changed the column positions.

Is it required to run report POWL_D01 after moving the TR to make the changes take effect in testing and production also?

What kind f impact will be there by executing this report?
