Dear experts,
I want to do the following things:
Developed a custom workflow for PO Approval, agent is fetched from Rule using Agent Determintaion:Responsibilities, now i want to change agent only in production system, is it possible?
Example:
If PO is created with amount 10,000 user ABC will approve, if amount is Gretaer than 30,000 user XYZ will approve, now i want to change agent DEF instead of XYZ only in production system, please help.

As you said you are determining the agents from Rule by responsibility...then go to OOCU_RESP tcode..enter your rule...and find the correct responsibility number then under that you can add the new user (user should havevalid validity in HR records) and delete the old user.
if you want to send all the workitems which are already exist with old user (deleted user) go to SWI5 and give the deleted user ID and the work item Ids and then goto SWI1_RULE and execute agent rule so that all the work items will moved to new user which you have added in your rule.

If you want to send the old workitem to the new user just execute SWI1_RULE for the dialog workitem and select Execute agent rule

If you're using responsibility rules then you can update the data in Production via transaction OOCU_RESP. You may need to log in as a privileged user to do this.
