Hello SSM gurus...

When starting the Maintenance Optimizer on the SAP Solution Manager workcenter I get this error message:

Error while processing your query

What has happened?

The URL call

http://<URL>:8010/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter

was terminated because of an error.

Note

The following error occurred in system <SID> : Syntax error in program

SAPLCRM_CONDITION_COM_OW .

The error occurred on application server <HOST>_<SID>_10 and in work process 9 .

On ST22 I have this shortdump:

"The data object "ES_ACS_I_COM" does not have a component called

"QTY_M""AIN_ITEM"."

I already tried to generate the field catalog on SPRO (transaction CTFC_CRM), but the error was not solved.

Does anyone knows how to solve this?

but, like I mentioned on the original message, I had already try to generate the field catalog on SPRO (transaction CTFC_CRM), but the error was not solved.

Any more ideas on how to solve this?

Please check whether the below note can help you on your issue.

Note 1584162 - SAP Solution Manager - Basic functions 7.1 SP2

Please specify your SAP Solution SP level as well as please attach the entire dump too.

Thank you, Roman. I am on 7.1.11 and noticed the error, recently. Your suggested note (Note 1584162 - SAP Solution Manager - Basic functions 7.1 SP2) fixed the problem.

the problem has been solved... I had a lot of unprocessed iDocs....

Usually the generation of the field catalog solves this.

Did you get any error messages while doing this?

Hi,

we have 7.1 SP6 installed.

The note you mentioned is for SP2, but it lead me to Note 1722332 - SAP Solution Manager - Basic functions 7.1 SP6

Unfortunately, it is still not working after installing it...
