Any help is appreciated.

Hi Shankaraiah,
Is a opendocument configured as iview or the BI-Launchpad?
Do you have Siteminder configured for LDAP SSO.
If siteminder
Then check the url that is created for Iview and you will need to configured Sitemider SSO for this Url
Get\Post operation.

Hi Shankaraiah,
Follow this link to configure EP Portal SSO to BILaunchpad:-
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/BI4+Integration+into+the+SAP+Entreprise+Portal+7.0.x#BI4In...
EntreprisePortal7.0.x-2%29Prerequisite%3ASetupSSOforOpenDocumentandBILaunchPad
If it’s still failing.
Did you imported Portal Certifies on BW server under STRUSTSS02 Transaction(verify.der file)?
Also go to transaction RZ10 and check the value of
login/create_sso2_ticket
login/accept_sso2_ticket
