Replication Steps for Master Data

Hi there

We want to replicate Business Partners(not Customer) from SAP ECC into SAP CRM.

Also we have Contract Accounts/Contract Objects as well to be replicated from ECC to CRM.

Please guide me on the steps to achieve this requirement.
