PD profile provisioning via HR trigger

Hi Experts,

Is the provisioning of PD profiles via HR trigger in GRC possible?

We are able to provision PD profile in a manual access request wherein you will create the access request and select PD profile. Now we are trying to get PD profile to be included on HR trigger request wherein the request will contain the roles and pd profiles assigned to the position.

Can anyone confirm if this is possible and share some information on how the config should be?

Thanks for your response.

On my testing, I assign the PD profile to the role and tried performing transfer action, however on the SLG1 logs it only get the change of position logs and the roles, the PD profile is not included on the request. Our workaround for the meantime is the running of job that will reconcile the assignment of pd profile to the user assigned on the position.

Hope someone here can confirm if PD profile assignment can be included on the access request created via HR trigger.

Dear Maricar,

I have never tested the provisioning of PD profiles from HR Trigger - but since it works from "normal" access requests it will also work with HR Trigger. HR triggers does nothing else than initiating the request based on information that comes from an HCM system. Fields like positions are handed from HCM to GRC so in that case it should work.

Let us know once you have tested and implemented.
