Absence quota End date +3 years from Validity start date

Hi Experts

My client requirements regarding the annual Quota deduction end date as below..

The quota deduction end date is + 3 years from Validity start date

Validity Start Date Validity End Date Quota Start Deduction End Deduction 01.12.2016 31.12.2016 Annual Leave 01.12.2016 30.11.2019 01.01.2017 31.12.2017 Annual Leave 01.01.2016 31.12.2019

Generating the quota thru RPTQTA00

I have configured the table V_T559D - Deduction to - Start of validity interval ,Relation position is 36 months.

Now the deduction end date is 01.12.2019 ,but is should be 30.11.2019 (-1 day).

Kindly suggest..
