SLD Data Supplier connection is Done
I Think this only Error.
4. Define the message server, system name and the logon group used by the JCO connection.
How to solve this error. Finaly give points.
Hi selva,
Since you are using logon group SPACE right.
You need to maintain the entry in services file on the host where you are creating the JCO connection.
If you see the error carefully it saying
R3NAME=SM1 GROUP=SPACE PCS=1 ERROR service 'sapmsSM1' unknown
so maintain the entry in services file
sapmsSM1 3612/tcp
This will resolve the issue.

Hi Selva,
Please check the below link which says you add the below in the services file.
sapmsSM1 3612/tcp # SAP System Gateway Port
I dont think there is any issue in the VA.
Also you can find the same infor regarding the adding the port details in the below link.

Hello Selva,
1.
Please check following line is added to your windows service.ini file
sapmsSM1 | 3612/tcp |
Service file location is at : X:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2.
Check that you are able to ping destination SAP server from source SAP server.
If you are still not able to ping destination please post errors.
Thank you
Yogesh
Hi,
It looks like you've set the MSHOST as the name of the gateway service. Either change this to 3212 (ms port number) or the hostname of the host. Try those first.
