We have one user - unable to see two custom learning reports links on the launchpad from the Production Portal - even though she can access those custom reports on QA Portal. She has all the required Portal Groups/Roles and she has all the backend authorizations. What could be the problem?
Can she see any other reports in the launchpad?

And other users can see these custom reports in the same launchpad just fine? If I were you I would double check all the configuration. Make sure the iView is configured correctly for that user (e.g. the portal role she gets has the iView pointing to the correct launchpad (e.g. the ROLE etc... is right). Then check transaction LPD_CUST in the ABAP system to make sure everything looks right.

Hi Amr,
This all sounds like it is something very specific to your setup and in particular this user. All I can suggest is that you look very carefully and if possible even set a breakpoint in the launchpad code for that user and try to debug and see why she is not seeing these reports. With this type of issue it needs someone to look carefully and debug - it is very hard to help via this forum.
