Hi All,
I am facing an issue where the registered start date gets changed on changing the status of the service order. Can anyone please help me finding the cause to it and solution to fix it.

Hi Abhishek,
You might have assigned date rule as 'Today's Date' to 'Requested start date. So this date will change everytime you change the order. You need to change it to 'Notification receipt date + some days' or your order creation date type + some days.

Please check in the action profile if there is any action defined on that particular status. Also check for enhancements (BADI) which may be getting triggered when the status is changed..

In the Date type there will be some date rule would be assign to It. cross check what is the date rule logic is define.
