SD & Vistex document flow update

Document flow is not reflected in the Chargeback process , the documents are getting updated and going to out the customers and no issue with the payment receiving process only issue is this information is available in the document flow , SAP/VIstex debit memo display incorrect.

    I understand your situation, seems Customer is having payments as per the process as you mentioned. I hope you can check the settlement document from Vistex which might not be reflecting the changes in your case. Please post the same to concerned Vistex team.
