Difference between SAPGUI Windows and JAVA for Linux ?

Hello,

We have workstations with Windows NT and SAPGUI 6.2.

Performances and functionnalities are OK!

We have to change old workstations (5 years)and operating system ! (not maintained)

I've installed SAPGUI for Java on a Suse 9.3 and it's OK!

But ...

The performances are worses !

Can I find the same functionnalities ?

Where can I find documentation about that ?

Regards

Philippe Beziat

    Hi Philippe,

there is a document available at service.sap.com/sapgui that you get by clicking on "Presentation - SAP GUI Family ( Jan 2005 )". This describes the differences between the SAP GUI versions.

    Best regards,

    Christian
