HOW TO CREATE UNIVERSE BASED ON SQL SERVER 2000

I want to create Universe (UNX) based on SQL Server 2000.

I have BOBJ 4.0.

Please guide me.

Hi Divyesh,

The minimun supported version for Sql Server is 2005 SP5.

SQL Server 2000 is not in the Middleware selection List for BO.

This is in the Product Availability matrix.

Please check the PAM(Product availability Matrix) document for compatibility of SQL Server 200 with BO 4.0

You need to create a ODBC DSN to the SQL Server to proceed with the Data Connection in the IDT.
