Requesting processing failed error.

Hi friends,

I am trying to build a dashboard on top of a BEX query. I am using Query browser option in Xcelsius wherein I am selecting BEX as a datasource. After selecting the query and feeding the prompts value, it throws me an error which looks like:

Requesting processing failed. Unknown response object: -3,724. (Screenshot is attached for your reference).

Please give me an idea why is this error coming.
