Hi Expert,

I am looking for your advice on Transport Request of BRF+ moving to development to production server.

When we create a BRF+ request at that time can we create BRF+ rule on Standard Package so  when we transport that BRF+ rule to production server at that time the standard package create an trouble?

Hi,

I am not quite clear with your question.

Have a look at Note 1624157 - GRC 10.0 How to transport MSMP BRF+ rules

Cheers,

Murali.

HI Murali,

Thanks for the note. I already go through that step,

Let me try to explain you.

I Create a BRF+ rule as note also said.so when i have to added the Development Package Name i have to create "Z" Package or i can use Standard one.

The standard package not to make any trouble when i transport request to the Production server.

Need your advice on this.

Snapshot attached for your reference.

Hi Sachin

Create the application shell manually in brfplus and then run the msmp brf creation program from IMG

When you create direct from IMG it cannot be transported.

Why don't you assign it to custom "Z" development package.

Any changes which you make  need to be assigned to a custom development package and transported into the next system

Now if i assign this particular rule in custom "Z" development package so its create any problem reason for asking is previously this particular rule i created in Standard Package?

Or i have to create a new rule in custom "Z" Development Package.
