Error while replicating Contract from CRM to ISU

Hi,

While replicating a contract from CRM to ISU , I am getting the below error in ECRMREPL tcode.

Error : The scheduled MR date is in a period that has already been billed

Can anyone please let me know what needs to be checked in this case?

This error indicates that the contract start (or end) date cannot be used because there is already a billed contract for that period. Two things must occur then: for this situation, you must reverse the bill and change the moveout date for the already billed contract so that there is no overlap; for all situations, you need to implement checks in the check framework to ensure that the contract start date is not set in a period already billed.

I myself have worked in Replication and this type of error comes sometime. So in this case from CRM someone has done its move-out but there is future bill that exists in ECC maybe, so just reverse the bills in ECC side that are required, just check on the CRM UI what is the difference between contract move-in, move-out dates on CRM and ECC. And reverse the bills and invoices accordingly. M sorry that i could not give the exact ans as i worked on replication years ago, if you are still not getting the ans reply to this comment. I will ask the replication team members in my project and let you know.

What more info do you need besides the explanantion of this message, which is Msg "EL 209"?

"The contract belonging to installation has already been billed. The billing period for this contract ends after the scheduled meter reading date. Therefore, meter reading orders cannot be created before this date."

So check the MeterReadings in ISU system whether this is true and decide on the next steps ...
