Dear all gurus,

SD_SWU_ACTIVE parameterID enable users to attach the document in sales order and view it. If i only want to provide only view authorization to user, any other paremeter ID or what should i change on SD_SWU_ACTIVE's paremeter value?

Hi,

If i am not wrong we have to assign this parameter ID in SU01 of the users. If we assign then only it will enable user to attach the documents.

So, we can assign only to the users who we want to give authorization to attach the documents. Let me know if it doesn't work.

SD_SWU_ACTIVE enable user to create and view the attachment.

What should i do if i only want grant the view only authorization to the user?

Hi Ocean,

I have found one standard Authorization object for this.

For the users whom you want to give access for document create you can use the object

S_GUI - with activity 60

For the display users maintain the activity 61.

Check with your basis guy who can assist you better.
