Offline bidding response email received every 5 minutes


Dear Experts,

We are using offline bidding functionality. After submitting the form via email the bidder receives "RFx Response for RFx XXXXXXXXXX Updated successful" from SRM workflow user and then a second email 'Your Quote XXXXXXXXXX was Submitted' the problem is bidder receives repeated emails every 5 minutes non stop.

What configuration/settings/corrections are required to fix this?

Has some one came across this?
