How to change GR/GI slip field in VL32N as Obligatory

Hi Experts,

     I need to change GR/GI slip field under shipment header in Tcode VL32N as obligatory. I have tried with SHD0 but not successful. Please give any idea to achieve my requirement.

Hi

you can go to SPRO->Logistics Execution->Shipping->Basic Shipping Funtion->Incompletion control for Deliveries

There you check in Assign Incompletness procedure , what is the procedure assigned to your delivery, for e.g. EL can have K2 procedure assigned to it

the go to Define Incompletness procdure and modify it and include select Delivery Header and click on procedures, select your procedure , say K2 , modify the procedure  and add Table LIKP fld name  XABLN (this field is GR/GI Slip

you can do the configuration in OMC1 or S_ALR_87000396 for the number assignment. But the help text mentions that it should be used only in countries where it is mandatory
