Hi,
Purchase order can be modified in transaction code:ME22N.
If you want same output type(Message Type) will appears for Purchase order creation and Purchase order change, then keep Print Operation (1-New) and ( 2-change ) for your Purchase order output type(Message Type) in following path:
SPRO -> MM -> Purchasing > Message -> Output control -> Message Types -> Define message type for Purchase Order -> Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order
Also keep following setting in NACE t.code with EF application for your Purchase order output type(Message Type) in "General data" TAB
1.Select check box of "Access to conditions"
2.Select check box of "Cannot be Changed"
3.Select check box of "Multiple issuing"
NOTE:
The transaction code MM02 used for changing data for material master

Hello,
Of course, ME22N for modify purchase order : it was an error.
I repeat my question :
I want edit output messages when I modify a PO, but not when i change the value of some fields
Ex : i don't want edit output message when i change value of field 'Quotation date'.
Thank you for your response.

make your customizing in SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Messages > Fields relevant to printout of changes
And check Q12 Why does the system generate change messages when the change is non-print-relevant?
in OSS note 457497 - FAQ: Message processing in purchasing
