PI AS2 Adapter channel setting in terms of Payload mode - what is Attachment Alias?

In AS2 adapter communication channel, I'm trying to set the Payload mode to Attachment, but I don't understand what the use of the field below. Any expert here can help to give some instruction about what I should I enter on this field to make the Attachment dependent channel working in AS2 message sending?

thanks for your answer.

I tried to give a whatever name, e.g. test, in Attachment Alias, and performed a testing.

But in testing the message sending ends up with the below error as showed in log.

In the beginning I also thought the name defined here should be picked up and be the name of the attachment when generating the message.

But now it seems not working like I thought.

Bull,

Try sending an attachment to AS2 Reciever channel via your sender channel/Generate via mapping then mention that attachment name here.

Its is just a Name which you are defining for the attachment.

AFAIK , The parameter explains how the payload from PI has to be sent to the AS2 server , when you select As attachment then the output payload from Mapping is sent as an attachment , so the AS2 server has to process the attachment to get the required data.
