Missing Charges in P-Card Buffer

Hello All

The Credit card Transactions after beig uploaded Through PRCC , some are not getting Reflected in employee's Buffer's, Out of all transcation's 4 transaction where not uploaded to buffer(PRCCD) for particular employee and there is no error record in PRCC also .The File in PRTA Shows its uploaded Sucessfully

Please suggest what could be the possible Reason for this to happen and Solution to the same
