Usually if you hover over someones name a pop up window displays with more info like badges, points etc. Has the website been updated to no longer display this info?
There was a notice put out about an hour before you posted that "Content Moderation is Now Active on SCN" by Jason Lax. It might have something to do with it. I haven't been able to connect to SCN with the Jive mobile app since then either.
Most of us here in SCN area just want to help make PB better by helping others understand the tool more or guiding the developer to make PB work in areas where they thought it may not.
