Job to be run daily 6 times in SAP HCM

The file for clock in clock out will be sent 1 hour after every shift ends.

The timings will be:-

00:30,08:30, 09:00,16:30,17:30,21:00 .

We could not find a way to schedule the program in a manner to run the job at customized timings.

As standard it runs at definite period intervals, e.g.  hourly, in 2 hours and so on…..

Please help to customize the timings for the running the job.

As mentioned by Dimitri, you should schedule 6 different jobs, each to run daily but at a one of the specified times (one job at 00:30, one job at 08:30, etc...).

Hi Udit,

I hope you are taking the ftext file from the finger scan terminal and which should be uploaded to SAP systen via SAP Customer developed Z program right?

If so you can schdule this program in background via SM36/ SM37 (log/Statues view) accrding to your prefered time range.

wouldn't it be easiest to schedule the same job 6 times independently? schedule it daily each time with different start times and you'll end up with your desired intervals.
