Addition of field Employee responsible in result list in Interaction history

Hi,

My requirement is to add field Employee responsible in Result list of Interaction history. Component is ICCMP_BT_INR and context node BTQRESCUHIST.

I have checked but there is no relation for employee responsible. could anybody please help in achieving this .

Hello Lalit,

In interaction history search, only the business transactions will be hit if the account id is the main partner. The reason why it should work in that way is that it is intended to search for the business transactions that you did business with the account.

That is to say,this search is external oriented. The transaction where the input BP id as an employee will be excluded.

You can try to enhance in

CL_CRM_QUERY1O_RUN_BTIL

READ_BUSINESS_TRANSACTIONS
